Textreme Pearl Braid is a medium-sized decorative braid made from overdyed rainbow Mylar, designed specifically for fly tying applications. Its vibrant, reflective finish produces eye-catching colour shifts that add depth and flash to a wide range of fly patterns.

Pearl Braid is ideal for tying full bodies or partial ribbing on nymphs, streamers, and saltwater flies. For added versatility, the braid can be unraveled, allowing the individual Mylar fibers to be extracted and flattened for use in wings or tails on smaller flies.

For even more creative effects, Pearl Braid can be wrapped over contrasting base threads, producing unique colour variations and multi-tone finishes that change depending on light and angle. This material offers excellent handling, durability, and consistent results at the vise.
